Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns on the following items:
Personal hygiene products (e.g. used towels, swimwear without tags)
Opened or used bath accessories
Gift cards and downloadable products
Custom-built or made-to-order pool equipment
To complete your return, please provide:
The original receipt or proof of purchase
Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer directly.
Partial refunds may be granted for:
Items showing signs of use
Products not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
Returns requested after the 30-day window
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Contact your credit card provider
Then, contact your bank (processing times vary)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted or clearance items are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. To request an exchange, email us at support@larssonswimacademy.com with your order details and send the item to:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (if prepaid).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for high-value items, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
