By enrolling in any training program provided by Larsson Swim Academy, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Free Assessment

Larsson Swim Academy offers a complimentary swimming assessment | to evaluate the student’s current level and determine the most suitable training program.

2. Payment Policy

Cash payments are not accepted | All sessions and packages must be paid in advance through approved online payment methods before training begins.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchased packages are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been completed | regardless of attendance or unused sessions.

4. Package Validity

8-session packages are valid for one (1) month from the date of the first session | Any unused sessions after the validity period will automatically expire.

5. Scheduling

Larsson Swim Academy provides flexible scheduling options | depending on coach availability and client preferences.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must notify the academy at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session | Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in the session being deducted from the package.

7. Coach Arrival Policy

Once the coach arrives at the scheduled location, the session will be considered delivered | even if the session cannot proceed due to:

• Client absence | Client delay | Pool not being available.

• Unsafe pool conditions | Any other reason on the client’s side.

8. Family Sessions

Family discounts apply only when multiple children participate in the same session | same location | and same coach.

Family Offer: First Child: Full Price | Second Child: 70% Discount | Third Child: Free of Charge.

9. Pool Safety Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the swimming pool is safe and clean prior to arrival | The academy reserves the right to cancel sessions if conditions are unsafe.

10. Liability Waiver

Swimming activities involve inherent risks | Larsson Swim Academy and its coaches shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages | All participants join at their own risk.

11. Punctuality

Students must be ready at the scheduled time | Late arrivals will not extend the session duration | and the session will end at the originally scheduled time.

12. Weather Conditions

For outdoor pools, sessions may be rescheduled in case of unsafe weather conditions | at the academy’s discretion.

13. Session Duration

Each training session lasts up to 50 minutes.

14. Conduct & Respect Policy

Larsson Swim Academy reserves the right to terminate services | if any inappropriate behavior occurs toward coaches or staff.

15. Policy Updates

Larsson Swim Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions | at any time without prior notice.
